التمويل والتقسيط — شركة جميل عبد اللطيف Financing & Installments — Jameel Abdul Latif
تخضع جميع عمليات التمويل والتقسيط للموافقة النهائية من شركة جميل عبد اللطيف أو أي جهة تمويل أخرى معتمدة يتعامل معها المعرض. لا يضمن المعرض القبول في برامج التقسيط لأي عميل، إذ يُعدّ القرار النهائي من صلاحية جهة التمويل حصراً بعد مراجعة الملف الائتماني للعميل.
All financing and installment arrangements are subject to the final approval of Jameel Abdul Latif company or any other accredited financing entity working with the showroom. The showroom does not guarantee approval for any client's financing application, as the final decision rests solely with the financing entity following its review of the client's credit file.
يلتزم المعرض بتقديم الدعم اللازم للعميل خلال إجراءات طلب التمويل، بما في ذلك المساعدة في استيفاء المستندات المطلوبة، إلا أنه لا يتحمل أي مسؤولية في حال رفض الطلب من جهة التمويل.
The showroom is committed to providing the necessary support to the client throughout the financing application process, including assistance with required documentation. However, it bears no responsibility should the application be declined by the financing entity.
أسعار الفائدة البنكية والرسوم الإدارية Bank Interest Rates & Administrative Fees
لا يتحمل معرض عادل التهامي أي مسؤولية عن أي تغييرات تطرأ على أسعار الفائدة البنكية أو رسوم التحصيل أو الرسوم الإدارية التي تفرضها جهات التمويل أو البنوك، سواء قبل إتمام العقد أو بعده.
Adel El-Tohamy Showroom bears no responsibility for any changes to bank interest rates, collection fees, or administrative charges imposed by financing entities or banks, whether before or after the completion of the contract.
تجدر الإشارة إلى أن الأسعار المعروضة في حاسبة التقسيط على الموقع هي تقديرية فقط وتستند إلى أسعار الفائدة السائدة وقت برمجة الحاسبة. قد يختلف القسط الفعلي بناءً على مراجعة البنك أو شركة التمويل.

يُشجّع المعرض بشكل صريح جميع العملاء على فحص أي سيارة في مركز فني أو توكيل معتمد من اختيارهم قبل إتمام عملية الشراء. يُعدّ ذلك حقاً مكفولاً لكل عميل ولا يمكن سحبه أو إلغاؤه.
The showroom explicitly encourages all clients to inspect any vehicle at a technical centre or authorised service of their choosing prior to completing the purchase. This is a guaranteed right for every client and cannot be withdrawn or waived.
في حال ظهور عيوب فنية جوهرية في السيارة لم يتم الإفصاح عنها مسبقاً من قِبل المعرض، يتحمل المعرض تكلفة الفحص الفني بالكامل تعبيراً عن التزامه بمبدأ الشفافية ودعماً لحقوق العملاء.
If any significant technical defects are discovered that were not previously disclosed by the showroom, the showroom will bear the full inspection cost as a commitment to the principle of transparency and in support of client rights.
القانون المنظّم والاختصاص القضائي Governing Law & Jurisdiction
تخضع هذه الشروط والأحكام وتُفسَّر وفقاً لأحكام القانون المصري. في حال نشوء أي نزاع، تختص المحاكم المصرية المختصة في محافظة القاهرة بالفصل فيه.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with Egyptian law. In the event of any dispute, the competent Egyptian courts in Cairo Governorate shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
